Guest guest
should also mention again that my cord ends closer to L3, and it's not being hit at the sacral hiatus where the injection goes. thanks Margaret > > > Hi everyone, > > I know I've asked about caudal cortisone epidurals before and I've been pleaded with not to get them. Guest guest
Hi, Sorry that's happening. I do have trigger point injections done- buttocks and arms. I have not had an epidural in a while. Are you saying the cramps are from the erpidural or trigger point? I did have some cramping for a day or 2 in my buttocks. I applied heat and it went away in 2 days (would only happen at night) I'm not allowed to have the steroids for another 3 months, in between I have the lidocaine ones. Try heat and massaging the area. Hope you feel better, wish I had better advice.
