Guest guest
Aloha, I was having nausea every day and horrible indigestion with pain. I had an ultrasound and results were 2 gallstones not in bile ducts, cyst on kidney and 2 lesions on liver and they say are very small. Will see a surgeon for that just to make sure no cancer. I did the gall/liver flush 2wks ago. I would like to share it as follows: Drink apple juice (unfiltered or fresh pressed) as much as you can ( dont need to go overboard ) for 3-4 days. If you do not like apple juice cherry juice is ok and works great. This juice contains an acid that softens the stones. On the day of the flush, eat a normal breakfast and light lunch. Then take 1/2 bottle of liquid magnesium citrate. I did refig the magnesium citrate. The flavor I bought was a lemon lime taste. Not bad. ( I found the citrate at the grocery store pharmacy ). My local health food stores did not carry it. For dinner have only one citrus (orange, gratefruit, etc.) Then drink (just before bedtime) the juice of 4 fresh squeezed lemons or gratefruit mixed in a blender with one cup of extra virgin oil at room temp( organic oil tastes better ). You can add 7up or coca cola or any other soda to help tastes ) I added 7up to the taste. You can divide doses into quarters every 30 minutes, starting earlier. Then go straight to bed ( do not pass go and collect 200.00 dollars ). Important that you lie on your RIGHT side with knees pulled up in a fetal position for 30 minutes. ( I felt my stomach gurgling and like marbles fluttering down a shoot). Was a very weird feeling. I woke up in the middle of the night ready for combat. Next morning drink the other 1/2 bottle of citrate of magnesium and at stool, you'll pass gallstones and excess mucus and other liver/gall debris. Then resume normal diet. I will do this flush 2x this month. Then will repeat frequently. The only problem I had was nausea from the oil and really wanted to vomit which I did. I was told by my M.D. that I probably had parasites and other bacteria in stomach which they did not like me to flush them out. After this second flush I am going to start with a parasite flush program. Then a kidney program with a follow-up on gall/liver. I am trying to get my hubby to make me a zapper. It sounds so much easier to do than flushing all the time.. I welcome any questions or comments or suggestions. Good Luck
