Guest guest
My son has leg cramping which is somewhat alleviated by supplemental magnesium, but he doesn't quite get rid of them completely even with a large daily dose. A myofacial therapist mentioned to me that magnesium can also help allergies which we have also been struggling to improve. I have been reading about magnesium oil (essentially pure magnesium chloride) which at higher concentrations in water has a consistency that has been described as more like oil used externally. Reports on the web describe a stinging and sometimes red skin from temporary irritation which is reported to go away after a few minutes but it is supposed to work very well for cramping, etc. Has anyone tried this? There are several brands available on the internet and I am wondering which brand is better for purity etc. Thanks,Val
