You should be taking 150 mg a day/ converting mcg to mg How many mg is 30 mcg's of selenium? what is the recomended amount per day of selenium? Guest guest Posted August 11, 2003 Report Share Posted August 11, 2003 200 mcg of selenium is recommended each day. I've never heard of grams of Armour, but typically Armour comes in grains.
