Such a list must protect privacy, have an archive with a Sts quality search engine, and be rational about bandwidth restrictions. That means allowing reasonable amounts of quoting and perhaps even allowing attachments of graphic objects, programs, and spread sheets when they are of true and lasting value. I am not actively seeking such a list. It was my hope that someone else would do that and make me aware of it. Some lists that meet those criteria are not free. I have indicated that I will pay up to $150 out of my own pocket toward an annual hosting fee if a list comes along that meets my criteria. I hope that last comment shows people that I really do feel their need and that I wish to help them.
