Guest guest Posted June 7, 2003 Report Share Posted June 7, 2003 Just to let you know, it has not been proven that Carbonyl iron will replensih FE and ferritin levels. It might, but no proof, ladies. The safest form of iron that I know of is Feosol Carbonyl Iron, which is available at Wal-Mart, Target or Walgreens. There has never been a case of iron toxicity from accidental overdose of this type of iron.
