Guest guest
To; Long-time reader, first-time liver flusher... I have done TWO flushes. The Second has been most spectacular...over 200 Lima-Bean-Sized 'Gall-Stones' pooped out! The first time I used only the minimal amount of Juice and Oil. The second Flush I combined 1 Pint of Grapefruit Juice and 1 Pint of Olive Oil (I weigh 230 lbs). After vigerous shaking I could NOT get the two liquids to combine ! SO I used a straw and went from top to bottom drinking Oil then Juice...IT WORKED GREAT. I had got my system 'running' with Apple and Carrot Juice for three days (nothing else). The Epsom Salts wooshed out my system! When I consumed the Oil and Grapefruit juice my stomach settled (it got a touch queasy with the two rounds of Epsom Salts). The 'Stones' came out in the morning...NO Pain...No Strain ! I did not feel the need for more Epsom Salts. ( It took three 'sittings' to get out ALL 200 'Stones') I did follow-up with MORE Apple and Carrot Juice. Do give your system REST during this time. Being 'calm' helps the process. Refrain from eating heavy for a day or so....MY energy went WAY UP (so will yours) -Tom-
Guest guest
I did my first flush last weekend, and nothing went out. I felt ok, the only think I felt was pain on the left side and like I have hanging heavy bag on my right side. I know something is not right because my bowel movement is yellow the most of the time. And this morning I still feel some pain, not constant but from time to time. I will try in two weeks again. Jasmina

Jasmina >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jasmina; Have you been to the doctor to have a blood test done to make sure of what is happening with your liver? This type of bowel movement isn't normal, In fact, it tends to sound like there is something else happening with your liver and could very well be the reason you didn't have too good of a result from this attempted flush. Would you say that you're feeling very fatigued most of the time and that your eyes don't have a bright whiteness to them? Dale
Guest guest
Phil, If you have been struggling with candida for a year and one half, find a new practitioner who knows what to do about it. One month intestinal, 6 months tops, systemic. Always, in all ways, -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: philallen876546<mailto:phiallen@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Sunday, January 01, 2006 6:57 AM Subject: 1st Flush Did my first flush, did not get diarrhea until after lunch next day. Then around 30 stones came through. Epsom salts were a little hard to get down, oil mixture was fine. Feel ok now and will see how things progress, I have been struggling to get rid of candida for a a yr and a half now. Tried everything literally apart from this. Fingers crossed. Guest guest
Hi Dave On the practition side of things I have given up. I have been to specialists and all sorts. They have all said yeah no problem we can get rid of that in 3 months tops. Been put on herbs, primal defence, probiotics you name it. I actually got worse from their advice mainly from what I believe they all recomended me to eat. " Lots of whole foods, don't worry about how much just eat several times a day to keep weight up " . Looking back at the diets I was eating no good fats, a largely vegetarion/macrobiotic diet and no much protein. As soon as I started the herbal tratement I was losing 1 pound every 1-2 weeks. Any way I gave up, read dozens of books. Now I eat many fermented foods, e.g Kefir and sauerkraut, probiotics. practically no carbohydrate, good fats and protein. Put on weight after that felt great but could not digest fat properly or clear signs of liver congestion (I would put a little oil on my veg and get constipated???). So ended up here, hoping the flushes will help with those last issues and a little candida left. Phil
Guest guest
Phil, As long as you stay away from the cage raised fish I'd personally think the good benefits of the wild fish would outweigh the possible mercury content. I didn't have problems with the magnesium killing my good bacteria, but then I didn't have a serious overgrowth problem. I also drink kefir and Kombucha tea regularly, so that keeps me innards supplied with good stuff. I used 500 mgs of magnesium oxide with 60 mgs of zinc a day. I took 500 mgs of calcium a day with it. I've done several short bouts of oral chelation of a week or two each. That's all I've been able to stand so far. I keep eating good food and concentrating on my diet. A slow and steady pace is all I need right now.
