You're right.......some of the simplest remedies work better than all of those expensive drugs. Hope it works for you too, I am so very grateful. Keep well.... breath well....may troubling coughs disappear for good.

Eileen - congratulations !!! and just wonderful fantastic news to hear, so encouraging and inspiring - I'll definitely be giving some of your recommendations a try. I do get discouraged having spend $$$$ on remedies and therapies, nothing ultimately making a great deal of difference, but there are still benefits from sometimes the simplest means - fish oil being one.

Hi Eileen, I wanted to know if you dilute the TTO before using it, I understand it can burn pretty bad if used straight. Would just a dab is sufficient and how often do you use it?

Have you try Oil of Oregano, I've been using it and seems to help me with infections but upsets my stomach, would like to try something else.

after I wrote to the group to share my success.....I think I developed an infection last night, and must go for a chest x-ray......It never fails.

No I don't dilute it.

I use a Qtip with a drop on it for my tongue and a drop to swab each nostril......it doesn't burn.

I've used it in the past, no upsets, but I didn't feel it helped me.
