" Here is the info on Tyent. They are assembled with parts created by Emco Tech,

so even though they state they have a ten year warranty, it is voided if you use

the machine in hard water areas.

Tyent tells you on their site that they use SMPS or Switch Mode Power Supply and

tout it to be the latest technology as it is used in LED TV sets. The reason

SMPS is used in both, the TV and their machines (as well as Emco Tech machines)

is that if full power was supplied to their plates continuously, their plates

would melt (just like the LED lights of a TV would if it was supplied with

constant power).

The Tyent will make good quality water, 15 seconds at a time...as the SMPS

switches the power off and on every 15 seconds to manage the machine's

temperature. Their " Turbo " model boosts the power from 80 watts to 280 watts,

which is enough to split water (our machines use 230 watts of constant power),

but not enough to make 2.6pH and lower water.

Send this link to your people so they can get a good understand of the things to

look for when purchasing a Water Ionizer.

here is what I have found online and what I have found to be truth after being

involved with Enagic and doing my due diligence since November 2007...please be

sure to read the warranty on page 16 of the attached Jupiter manual, it states

that their warranty is voided if you use water that is considered " hard " by the

municipalities and they define " hard " water as having more than 18 grains. I

checked the water for Southern CA to see where it fell compared to 18 grains and

it showed our water ranges from 394 to 519 ppm for most of CA with an average of

469ppm total dissolved solids (TDS see attachment called Metropolitan Water

District of SoCal). Since the Emco Tech owners' manual described hard water in

grains and not in ppm, I had to find a conversion. It turns out that 18 grains

equals 308 parts per million total dissolved solids. What does this mean? This

means that the minute you run our water with an average of 469ppm TDS, through

their machines, their warranty is voided.

Another prevalent non-truth found on the internet, especially in Rob Gray's

site, www.ionizersreviewed.com is that we use " harmful chemicals " to make our

water. Keep in mind that our SD501 makes seven types of water: 9.5, 9.0, 8.5,

7.0pH all for drinking. It also makes 5.5-6.0pH water known as beauty water or

" toner, " which can also be used instead of Windex to clean glasses, both

drinking and seeing glasses. No " chemicals " are used to make any of these

waters. We do use " chemicals " to make our 2.5pH and 11.5pH waters which no

other machines can produce, even the " new Tyent Turbo " cannot produce these

waters although their site states that their new machine can.

The importance of these waters is that the 2.5pH acts as a disinfectant, kills E

coli, HIV virus, MRSA, H1N1, etc. as well as speeds up healing from burns, cuts,

diabetic sores, gets rid of psoriasis, eczema, athletes foot, etc.

11.5pH water removes harmful pesticides from fruits and vegetables, removes

stains from carpets, removes stains from clothes, can be used instead of laundry

soap, can reduce inflammation, emulsifies (breaks down) oils and fats on contact

so you can use it instead of 409 and instead of other chemical degreasers, can

be used instead of Drano, and the list goes on and on.

Now, as you can see, you DO NOT DRINK neither the 2.5 nor the 11.5, but if you

wanted to (and I have on several occasions as ½ cup of 11.5pH water will get rid

of a hangover in 5-10 minutes), no harm will come from it as the dangerous,

harmful chemicals being used and that the Internet is warning you about is none

other than Sodium Chloride, also known as salt, yes, table salt...or better yet,

ocean water, salt water, 70% or more of your body, etc.

Most other machines on the market CLAIM to make Kangen™ or alkaline ionized

restructured water with high ORP (oxidation reduction potential) values,

although their ORP, or anti oxidant potency is nowhere as high as ours for

extended time periods. There is a clever video on the Ionways site showing a

" laboratory test " that shows the high ORP other machines have… However, they

neglect to mention that their filters have tourmaline in them, a mineral that

gives the water a false negative ORP that only lasts for a few minutes. The ORP

from Enagic machines lasts anywhere from 8 to 48 hours as the water is truly

separated into OH- and H+. The interesting thing is that the video states they

are testing these machines in Las Vegas with water coming right out of the tap

(no pre filters, etc); Vegas is one of the cities with the worst water quality

we have come across. Yet as mentioned on the above paragraph, their warranties

are voided when TDS are higher than 18 grains. I guess that is why they state

clearly on their video that they are testing brand new machines right out of the

box; had they tested machines that were 6 to 8 months old, they would have shown

that their machines no longer work.

In plain words, when we make Kangen™ Water, our high ORP lasts for 8 to 48

hours, where alkaline water made from ALL OTHER MACHINES only last about 15 to

45 minutes as they are not truly ionized. Their ORP comes from tourmaline and

other minerals found in their filters and not from real ionization or separation

of H2O into OH- and H+.

You see, our machines are water ionizers and as such ionize water...but they

also ionize the minerals IN the water. Since there are not enough minerals in

our water to produce the high and low pH waters (2.5 & 11.5pH) we add salt water

for that specific purpose...to make the waters that we do not drink...so even if

there was to be a little bit of salt water left in the chamber (which does NOT

happen as the machine flushes itself out for a minute after making these waters

to ensure that there is no salt water left), no harm would come to you as salt

water has not killed anyone yet...as a matter of fact, many believe we have come

from salt water as most of our body is comprised of this precious liquid.

Our machines are made in Japan. Japan is a volcanic island which has no calcium

in their water, so our Japanese machines (meaning all Enagic machines as they

are all made in Japan) have a port for calcium to be added....IF we were in

Japan, but since we are in the USA, where our water has too much calcium, we DO

NOT NEED to add calcium. As a matter of fact, the water in most of the US is

sooo high in calcium that every single one of the competitors machines will not

last more than six to eight months as their plates will become caked with

calcium and plug their machine, at which point they become nothing more than an

expensive Brita filter.

This is why they have a clause in their warranty which voids their warranty when

the machine is used in hard water...defined as having more than 18 grains of

total dissolved solids (TDS) in the water.

We market our machines by sharing water for two to three weeks and by educating

our friends on the benefits of Kangen™ water as well as the differences between

our machines (medical device) and others on the market (appliances). Once a

person has tried our water and had results from drinking our water, the decision

to purchase the machine is a natural process. So we don't sell machines, we

share water, share health, educate our friends, and the recipient of the

benefits and the water chooses to buy a machine of their own as they too want to

share water with their friends and family.

Our " competitors " market their machines by misleading and misinforming our

customers and tricking them into purchasing a lesser product. They NEVER share

their water because their water does not yield any results, so the only way they

can make a sale is by outright lying to our customers and appealing to their

sense of lack made prominent by the media.

Here is a very simple way to figure out if their machines and companies will

last long enough to service your needs and provide the health benefits they

state:

Ask them where their service centers are located in the event you need to have

your machine repaired, and that you would like to visit the center before making

your purchase.

Ask them if they are approved as a medical device and if so, to please produce

the certificate(s) showing proof that they are.

Tell them you would like to go to one of their " service centers " or sales

offices and get free water for 2-3 weeks BEFORE you purchase your machine to be

certain that their water does what they say.

The third point is a true eye opener as they will tell you that their machines

have a 60 day money back guarantee and you don't need to go to their offices to

get water because you can have your very own machine for " free " for 60 days.

They may or may not tell you that if you decide to return the machine there will

be a return fee ranging from $300 to $600 which more than covers their cost to

BUILD their machines.

I believe that there is no price too high to pay for my health and the health of

my family. Couple that with all the information contained in this email and the

fact that our machines last for 15-25 years (we know this because Enagic has

been around for 35 years and there are over 400,000 machines on the field that

are older than 20 years), I choose to not skimp on health as there is no price

anyone can put on my families' health or my health for that matter (even my cat

and dog have had remarkable results). And I believe that .73 per day is not

that high of a price to pay for peace of mind ($3980 ÷ 15 years = .73 per day).

Besides, if someone is already spending good money on bad water, and on Windex,

409, laundry soap, stain removers, degreasers, etc...they are paying for the

machine but not getting its benefits. We have had our machine since November

2007 and it has more than paid for itself in many ways.

The first thing I did after hearing about this machine was to go on the Internet

and find out what all was out there. If you have done this yourself, you have

probably seen hundreds if not thousands of pages comparing themselves to our

machines (to Enagic, and specifically to the SD501) or downright lying about

them and saying that this is a scam.

We all know that comparison is the best type of flattery, and that a comparison,

by definition always attempts to bring up a lesser product to " standard. " Our

machine IS the gold standard in the industry and the only machine considered a

medical device by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Government of

Japan and endorsed by the Geriatric Disease Prevention Association of Japan (the

latter is comprised of 6,500 medical doctors). As a matter of fact, Enagic

machines are the only ones in the world with three ISO (International

Organization for Standardization) certifications, one in the environmental

realm, one in manufacturing processes, and one in medical equipment

funny thing is that other sites state that they too are ISO certified, yet when

you Google their ISO certificate number, they do not exist, which means that

they have fake certificates on their sites. Another way of checking this is to

go to the manufacturer's site and see that no certificates are posted. If their

machines were truly certified, the manufacturer (Emco Tech) would certainly post

that on their site.

One of the most harmful sites on the Internet is www.ionizersreviewed.com which

lists a number of " untruths " about our machines and our compensation plan. Our

company is a DIRECT SALES company with a multi tiered compensation plan. The

difference between our company and MLM is that there is no sign up fee, there

are no monthly quotas, there is no " auto-ship " or forced continuity, there is no

inventory, and best of all, no hassle. Most MLM companies have a " binary "

compensation plan, which in few words only allows you to sign up two people

below you and build those two lines or " legs. " In a binary system, you only get

paid on the shortest leg volume. This means that if you sign up two people below

you and one sells 100 units and the other person only sells 3, you would only

get paid on three units for each leg or a total of six units. If you wanted to

get paid on the other 97 sales you would have to go to work for the individual

who only sold three units and build his/her business up to 100 so you can be

compensated for those sales.

With our compensation plan, you are allowed to open as many referral lanes or

" legs " as you like and the company pays daily...which means you receive a check

The truth of the matter is that every product has costs associated with bringing

it to market. For any supplement we make and sell, there is the packaging, the

distribution, the advertising, market education, the free samples, as well as

research and development aspects, all accounting for 60 and up to 90% of the

cost of the product. Enagic pays out 57% of the price of the machine to its

distributors as we do the marketing, the distribution, and most important the

education on the product.

So if MLM or multi tiered compensation may be a concern for someone, it only

takes a minute to stop, and realize that any and all corporate jobs would fall

under a true MLM structure where the " bottom " people do all the work, and the

ones sitting on top collect all the benefits. One of the MANY enhancements that

attracted me to the Enagic compensation plan, is that I can make a higher income

than the person who brought me in if I choose to work the business, and that the

company does not pay the people " at the top " just for being there. The other

thing that attracted me to this business is that once I own my machine I become

the manufacturer of the product (water). I can give away as much water as I want

as I build my business with no auto ship, resale, monthly qualifiers, etc.

Now that I have gotten the compensation/MLM misrepresentation found on the

Internet out of the way, I would like to refer you to the document attached

called Comparison_of_Water_Ionizers which addresses every single point

erroneously brought up on the Internet.

Interestingly enough, one of the very important points they don't bring up is

that of the warranty on their product(s) and our products. They state they also

have a " five year warranty, " and on the Tyent site they will even extend it to

ten years. However, in their owner's manual it states that the warranty is

VOIDED if the machine is used in hard water (defined as having more that 18

grains TDS or 308 parts per million) and for some models, if the machine is used

for making more than 2.5 gallons of water per day. We give away 10-30 gallons

per day and have consistently given away well over 100 gallons daily at seminars

in Vegas and around the country from the same machine (purchased 11/07) which to

this day still produces perfect Kangen™ water with an ORP ranging from -500 to

-900 depending on the water source.

I invite you to surf on over to your local water municipality website and see

how many parts per million of total dissolved solids your water has...you may be

surprised to find that it ranges from 394 to 519 ppm for most of CA with an

average of 469pp and TX, AZ, and NV are even WORSE!!!.

Since most of the sites online do NOT show their owner's manual, we decided to

do some research and found out that a Korean company called Emco Tech (Royal

Water) is the mass manufacturer of most of the water ionizers in the world.

Emco Tech, by the way, has a license for manufacturing refrigerators and air

conditioners....NOT medical devices.

They manufacture 14 models of water ionizers for 10 different

companies....however; all the machines are the same with the exception of their

outer shell. Interestingly enough, Emco Tech DOES have their manuals online

where one can download them and this is where we found the information on their

warranty.

All " competitor " machines are manufactured by Emco Tech and sold under different

names ranging from Venus, Orion, Jupiter, Athena, Melody, Aquarius, Ion Ways,

and more (you can see these at this site

After seeing what those machines look like, surf on over to the Emco Tech site

and you will see that even though they have different names, the machines look

site that allows you to download their manuals and read the warranty carefully.

You will see the 2.5 gallon per day and 18 grains limitations.

Enagic machines have a complete 5 year warranty and are the only water ionizers

that can be used in hard water locations such as most of the USA. Please view

the attached document named " Side-By-Side " for a side by side comparison of our

ionizing plates and theirs.

Finally, there is one more company to discuss, that is the Tyent, which

according to them is manufactured in the USA and or Japan (depending on which

site you go to)...however, Tyent purchases their parts from Emco Tech and

assembles the machines here in the US. "
