Thanks for the information about the Olimpian product.

I do buy quite often from iherb as they post free to Australia and will look

into it now.

On the other hand hand egg yolk are a good source of phosphatidyl choline but my

son can't have them, but this is the way I prepare them for my husband:

Separate the yolk from the white and whisk yolk(2- 3) untill nearly white, then

add honey( a bit only or to your desire) ground cinnamon if you wish to give it

more taste and serve. My husband and my younger son love it, but my older son

hates eggs.

You can also add the whisked eggs to rice milkshake or any shake that your kid

like, you can also serve the eggs with berries.
