Steve-

Try taking a magnesium supplement at night. Start slow and up the dose

until you get too loose, then back down.

Magnesium Maleate works great; I take twice as musch calcium at the same

time and sleep like a baby.

Hugs, Roseanna in NoCal; FMS/CFS always; hypothyroid (cytomel) 8/73, HG diet

3/99, wheat/milk allergy 3/99, guai/robinul 8/99, whey 3/8 tsp 04/01,

amalgams out 6/01, liver cleansing monthly

Hi joyce...this is from the ldn homepage.

Full-dose naltrexone (50mg) carries a cautionary warning against its

use in those with liver disease. This warning was placed because of

adverse liver effects that were found in experiments involving 300mg

daily. The 50mg dose does not apparently produce impairment of liver

function nor, of course, do the much smaller 3mg and 4.5mg doses.

If you will note, it says that the warning is for people who have

liver problems...not a warning for all at 50mg and now warning for

4.5mg.
