In our agency, dispatch doesn't have anything to do with this. " Profile

Shield " software does the number crunching for us. Cops enter data into Palm

Pilots, synchronize the data at the end of the shift and Records runs the

reports periodically. Piece of cake compared to having to enter the data

manually.
