Guest guest
, I forgot to add that I don't think you should feel badly AT ALL about the breastfeeding. You obviously put your best efforts into it. Sometimes other factors change our most perfect plans, don't they? I continued to try pumping and alternating between formula and breastfeeding but by 3 months of age it became such a frustration for and myself that it was easier to go to formula. It ended up being a good thing because it turns out that has a milk allergy and we ended up using Soy Formula. Whenever friends were sharing their breastfeeding information I just kind of pretended I knew what they were talking about and did have a hard time admitting that we had stopped. In retrospect I wish I didn't give myself such a hard time over it. Shame on anybody for making you feel badly!!! They should walk in your shoes and feel all the anxiety that I'm sure you went through. I'd like them to read literature on the seriousness of jaundice and what could happen if it's not resolved through bili lights and fluids. If it's ever and issue with them again just tell them to talk to me!!! hehehe & (17 months, STARband Grad) > > " She did have problems nursing - I wonder if the tort played a > > role.
