I am wondering for those of you who do excercises for your little

ones necks. Does your therapist have you doing the stretches on

both sides or only the tight side? Thanks for your input

Hi Jodie,

There are quite a few strengthening and streching exercises you can do. We have a file for it. Of course we have a file for everything

Here is a link (you will need to copy and paste if more than one line),,,

I'm wondering what kind of excercises you all do to help Tort issues. The only one our PT has given us is to hold Jack on his side and have him lift his head on the weak side. I'm just thinking that there must be more options out there just for simple streching. We go back for a fitting tomorrow and I'm going to bring it up - as well as asking their opinion about a chiropractor.I just don't want him to regress after the band comes off. That's my biggest fear!! Thanks in advance!!JodieMom to Jack - 10/14/03For more plagio info
