LMAO!!! That just cracked me up, I couldn't even finish reading your

post. Oh, I'm talking about waiting to get him casted until you have

rec'd the official pre-cert denial! lol That is way too funny!

Girl, I know your pain about the bands and needing a second band and

being obsessed and wanting the trips to stop and so on........I know

all about it. This is the frustrating part where you want it to be

over, but you want their heads to get the most correction the can. I

know! I have been there. If you don't want to band, then don't.

Don't you feel bad about wanting it to just be over. You sound so

sad, I just want to give you a hug.........It'll all be over soon.

As far as taking the bands off, try putting a big barrette around it

so that he can't undo it. Other wise, being in Texas and all, just

wrap it with some ducktape. lol

Hi .

Sounds like you have been very busy lately. I am happy that both N

and N received correction and that Nolan seems like he did very

well. I have 15 mos old twins and only one is banded. I honestly

cannot imagine what it would be like with both of them in a band

now. I understand how worn out by this you must be but you are

right, it is the right thing to do and worth it. It is great news

that Nolan will graduate. And hopefully with the second band,

will receive a jump start to additional correction. Now to

those velcro pulling bandits. What is it that is in the air? I

think I am going to use a barrette today and see if that works. I am

sure it will but now I wonder how much fuss Jess will put up over

Hang in there. I can only imagine how tired of this you must be

having to deal with 2 kids in bands, and now a 2nd band. The boys

sound just adorable - you have me laughing with images of them

pulling each others bands off. is only 7 mos, and we haven't

had any problems with that...

Hang in there with UHC and keep us posted. FYI, I've been calling

them weekly (at least) to find out the status our claim - make

yourself the squeaky wheel! Right now they are trying to determine

why they think they have a contract with Cranial Tech, when Cranial

Tech says they don't have contracts with anyone... They have certain

timelines for everything (this one is 2 weeks which is up Friday), so

maybe you can check on that (it should at least help if you have to

go the lawsuit route!) Good luck!

I know the fight gets hard, but hang in there! I don't know how

many times I have just wanted to give up and just say to heck with

it. It is incredibly frustrating dealing with bands, and with the

insurance companies too! Take a deep breath, refocus, and go get em!

Hi :

Sounds like you have a lot going on in your household. Too

funny...your boys are too cute. Congratulations on Nolan's upcoming

graduation. will be there in no time. As for the insur

company...I feel your pain...I have been calling Cigna every two

days...it's sure frustrating...but at the end it will be worth it.

Thanks for making me laugh...you were definitely not a " downer. "

Hope the barrette or duct tape works. Keep us posted.

Hi ,

Thats good that you saw more correction on than you had

expected. Always a nice surprise! I can't believe that about your

insurance. I'm having the worst time with ours too--it's just so

frustrating! Hopefully your precert denial will come soon! Good
