Guest guest
Here in the Town of Tonawanda, just north of Buffalo, NY, we were wondering if we would have a White Christmas. We had no snow until Christmas Eve. Then it arrived! Officially, 54 " in 4 days. Then 12 " this morning and another 12 " already this afternoon (Dispatch has been a zoo!!!!). Two items of good news. The snow bands SHOULD shift south of the city and give us some relief. And only 39 working days to retirement (anybody in a warmer climate need a dispatcher for after March?). Just for the record...scattered flurries only around here. (Almost microscopic scattered flurries.) Nothing white about Christmas here, except the ashy color of my hubby's face when he opened the credit card bill. Janet Bettag LSLPD Lake Saint Louis, MO Department email: jbettag@...
