I know that I have had times that my legs feel that heavy (especially after I have gone swimming or been exercising), but they are few and far between. So I really don't know what you are going through. I do know I would hate to go through that everyday. I do hope that something can be figured out so you can get the treatment you need with out paying an arm and a leg (no pun intended). I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I might try to be on chat for a little bit tonight, but can't guarantee anything. But if so, talk to you tonight!
