Guest guest
My doctor recommended that I take Lopid (gemfibrozil) to reduce my triglycerides (in the low 200s). I began taking it in late Nov. Since then I've gained 6 lbs. and my bg readings seem to be about 10 points higher across the board. I take no other diabetic meds (was able to discontinue glucotrol and glucophage since I follow low-carb WOE). Has anyone else experienced this or have any insight? Thanks Sandy
