What is the monthly/yearly fee for this service. Is there a charge per call transferred. Is the service time efficient. Is there more than one company out there that provides a language translating service over the telephone. Any pros and cons? My supervisor asked me to check into this program to see if it is something worthwhile. Our population is 52,000. So we have a variety of different languages being spoken such as Hmong, Spanish, German, Bosnian, etc. Any info appreciated from anyone who has been there and done that!
