That's what's recommended Charlie...Guess the thinking on this is to

make sure the " plumbing " is well cleaned out to easily pass all

the " stuff " that the liver and gallbladder will discharge during the

flush.

Dear Charlie,

I think the recommended thing to do before a liver cleanse, is to do a

parasite and kidney cleanse, which cleanses the colon in the process.

It is said, by Dr. Hulda , that your liver cleanse will be more

successful if you do this first. I don't have much personal experience

to go on, except that I did the parasite and kidney cleanse before

doing the liver cleanse, and was very successful in passing hundreds of

stones, painlessly, with my first liver cleanse (Dr. 's recipe).

I'm going to do my second liver cleanse next week. Hope this is

helpful.

HI Adrienne,

Thanks for your reply!! Where did you purchase your

herbs from for the parasite cleanse........... and

what was invloved in your kidney cleanse, just a lot

of liquid? If you have the time to answer these basic

questions I would appreciate it. Good luck with your

second liver cleanse. How much time did you leave

between the two cleanses?!

Good luck and thanks for your time

Most 'HERBs' can be found at Health-Food Stores

Cleanse at least Two Weeks Apart

(gives a body a chance to recouperate)

Diarrea has been the MAIN result of the Cleansing.

The body to Pooping OUT Toxins !

When the 'Stones' are released there is NO Pain

BUT its a good idea to LET THINGS FLOW OUT QUICK

so as NOT to absorb more Toxins...

Dear Charlie,

I use the Nature's Medicine Corporate program 1-800-408-1525, which

involves three different products: Paranix (capsules taken in morning

before eating, kills parasites), Internal Sweep (soluable and unsoluble

fiber which cleans colon. It is in powder form, and mixed with water

once a day first thing in the morning, also before eating) and Klenz

tea (a tea bag steeped in hot water, taken in the evening which cleans

kidneys). For first time users, it is recommended you take the Paranix

for two months. After that you do the parasite program once a year for

one month. The Internal Sweep and the Klenz tea can be taken year

round. I ordered it by phone....I don't know if it is available in

health food stores, however, I have heard that health food stores carry

these kinds of products as well. I've been using these products for

about 8 months, and have had no ill effects, other than my gallbladder

attacks! I now believe that these products stimulated my liver to try

to cleanse itself...I guess I'll never be able to prove it. However, I

started having frequent gallbladder attacks shortly after beginning the

program, not knowing until I got into an acute situation, that it was a

gallbladder/liver problem. Sorry to those who've read my previous posts

for repeating myself, but in case you haven't read them, I eventually

had my gallbladder removed, and still continued to experience severe

pain! The doctor said I probably still had stones in the common bile

duct! It was at this point that I found this support group, and rather

than suffer through another medical procedure, decided to give the

liver flush a try. It's been almost two weeks since my first liver

flush (Dr. 's recipe. I used a straw to get all the mixtures down,

which I found very helpful. Note: she also has recipies for bowel and

kidney cleanses). Since then I have had only mild symptoms of

discomfort, occasionally, several hours after a meal in which I've

eaten fat. Nothing like the pain I'd experienced before. As I already

stated previously, I'd passed hundreds of very small stones during the

first flush and even continued to pass some a few days later. So, I'm

very encouraged by the results of the first flush, and am ready to try

it again next week (Dr. says to do the flushes two weeks apart, 4

to five flushes in all, after that do twice a year to maintain. If

you're doing the parasite cleanse before, stop it a day before you do

the first flush.) Also, I'm 44, have three kids, athletic, maintain an

ideal weight, and always tried to eat what I believed was healthy. I

laughed when the emergency room doctor told me I needed to cut back on

fatty/fried foods, because I've always limited my fatty/fried/processed

food intake, although I always buttered my bread and used oil and

vinegar on salads. I'm a semi-vegetarian, mainly because I do not like

meat very much, and enjoy fresh vegetables and fruit. Feel free to

write again if you would like to ask anything else.
