Guest guest
Hi all, thank you for the advice and helpful tips. No coconut milk today, and no crying. Looks like for some reason it set him off. I will have to read more on strep strains. I'm really not too familiar with the effects of strep strains in general. Is it PANDAS related? I thought PANDAS was more OCD/tics? Thank you for the advice. Guest guest
I don't currently have any coconut milk in the house, but I thought the strep strain was only in the yogurt. If someone has the milk in their house, could you please confirm? > > > Hi all, thank you for the advice and helpful tips. No coconut milk today, and no crying. Guest guest
, I have also read that there is something in coconut that can activate/feed herpes viruses that are latent in a lot of our ASD kids' bodies. This activation in turn might be causing some of your child's issues. I am sorry that I do not have more information or a link on this. It is possible that the coconut is feeding that latent virus. Maybe someone else on this board has some reference material on this or that you could google it.... Sara > > > Hi all, thank you for the advice and helpful tips. Guest guest
Actually, with " So delicious " strep strains in the milk, not the yogurt. ( I'm pretty sure about this) Sent from my iPhone
Guest guest
Coconut also contains sulfur and if the child has a sulfur sensitivity from a CBS methylation mutation it can contribute to high sulfite levels which put me in a emotional tailspin.
