What scientific or direct experiential data report that mag., and what specific form of mag., feeds LD? Is this related to the rumor that magnesium stearate as a filler/binder supposedly helps to build biofilm? Mag. maleate is a great muscle relaxant in Fibro/CFIDS. It is essential for cell metabolism.
