I think a few days ago, I posted about garlic enemas, if this is the wrong

list, I apologize. I was looking through my stuff and found this

information. I am just passing it along to help those it might be helpful

too.

Crush between 4 and 8 cloves of garlic in a press and steep in 2 cups of

boiling water for four hours. After you pour the boiling water over the

crushed garlic, add a SINGLE SMALL DROP of pure soap to emulsify the oily

components of the garlic. Strain and dilute one cup of the garlic sol tea to

a quart and a half of warm water, not over 109 degrees. After a cleansing

enema that should be large enough and high enough to cleanse most of the

stools out of the eliminative part of the colon, take the diluted garlic tea

enema. Use a left side lie, back, right side lie positioning, and take one

third of the enemata for each position change. Hold for between 5 and 10

minutes. Use the second cup of garlic tea for a second garlic enema.

The body will take the garlic into the bloodstream--if you can smell it on

your breath it is in the blood. Smells great, and when I have this treatment

done to me I feel great afterwards.

Remember, garlic is toxic to yeast. Many studies have shown that garlic

kills yeasts as well as the drugs that are used. Garlic also lowers blood

pressure and is a natural anti-cancer agent. Just don't make it too strong

as an enema. I would definitely not insert raw garlic into the rectum for

fear of burning the tissues. I would definitely eat raw garlic while

de-yeasting....the stuff takes care of my esophageal candida better than

anything I have used...relief for weeks.
