Yes, , I use the lowcarb, high protein shakes made by Life Services.

They're very good -- taste like a milkshake. They come in lovely flavors --

peanut butter fudge, orange, peach, strawberry, cappucino and a bunch more.

$20 for one container - but you get 11 shakes from each container. Life

Services has their own website, you can order them online. URL is

http://www.lifeservices.com/

Each serving has 1.6 grams carb, 24 gm. protein and they're quite filling.

Yes, I have..their bread mix (if you have a bread machine) is pretty

good...not like the Real Thing but if you don't do real bread at all it

tastes wonderful. Especially the cinnamon-raisin bread. But watch the portion

size...here's where it really helps to have a food scale. Also the Keto

Cereal is okay...mostly air surrounded by crunch but it's a nice alternative

to eggs for breakfast tho again, gotta watch the portion size. Vicki

You want TWO 30g shakes. If you make ONE 60g shake, you will GET 30g, but buy

60g. Not a good deal

Nan we need two because we could not absorb that much at once and you need a

minimum of 60 grams protein
