Capsules usually desolve before they get stuck. I hope this helps.

Hi,

I was just getting ready to write and say " Hey " , but now I have a question.

I wasn't thinking a just downed a capsule - stool softener and I am hearing

weird noises in my throat and it feelings like it is stuck. Should I do

something? I had intended to open it and put it in my shake. Should I stop

drinking, will I back up from the pill clogging the hole?

I will send this and then write a bit more.

Unless they tools slipped, your esophagus is exactly as it was. If something's

hanging up in there, it's probably fear. Caps dissolve in the pouch, so are

either gone or soft & mooshy by the time they head for the stoma.

I just sent my daughter out to get some Milk of Mags. Not sure if I should

take it or not. Did the doctor have you cleanse before your surgery?

Hey I am doing real good and I am glad you are too . I didn't have a

bowel movement for a week after mine so I wouldn't worry a lot it takes the

bowels a few days to wake up if it keeps up you might want to cal the DR

I am so behind but I did the mag citrate before surgery ,Hope you have

moved by now

No............haven't yet, but I am feeling more activity in that area.

Don't feel bad, so I'm not sure whether to worry or not. My concern was

that I hadn't used a Fleet before surgery so wouldn't there be old " stuff "

left in there? My son-in-law thinks not.

F gluconate? Start with 2 plus 1 vit C. Hopefully someone will check your labs

shortly. Gluconate is fine on paper, but I've not seen it help much. Didn't do

any harm, but didn't pick many people up, either.

Anyway, iron + C, together, alone for one hour. OK with food or protein drink,

but not with any milk or caffeine, any other meds or vites or ulcer meds or

anything else.
