Ok, since my MIL is stuck in apathy land, or you all know it as brain fog, I

called her to get a list of symptoms from her. I have sent her the name of

a top doc whose office is right down the road from her but she is too spacey

to call.

Her main complaint is tiredness and dizziness. Like light-headedness. She

gets weak kneed. I guess it appears like low blood sugar and she quick eats

something but it never fixes it completely. She feel as if she better sit

down or she may faint. She bought a glucose machine and tested her blood

sugar 4-5 hours after eating and right after eating a few ritz crackers adn

it was 108. She said that was in the normal range.

She also mentioned antsy legs. I know I have heard what vitamin deficiency

causes this but can not remember what it was.

She has normal cholesterol. In the winter she has extreme pain with cold.

It brings her to tears, even in the house she can not warm her fingers. She

has constant joint pain. But did not mention it as one of her symptoms

until I asked. She assumed it was because she is getting older and must

have arthritis. She said it is a dull ache, perhaps muscular, she can not

tell. Mostly in her elbows, knees, shoulders and HIPS! She says her hips

burn almost constantly and especially if she has laid on her side.

What do you all think?
