Titers are still high...why?

Hello, My daughter who is 5 and 29 lbs is on Valtrex (3 x a day)and has been

for 6 weeks. Her HHV6 titers were 1:320 before the Valtrex and now after 6

weeks on the Valtrex are still the SAME! How could this be? Is it not working?

Do I need to switch to something else? She really didn't have any die off,

etc...and we haven't seen any changes really either. I'm not sure what to do...
