For my clients, it has been exciting to experience their immediate changes and to see them deepen who they are. – Jocelyn Pare, APE Teacher/Practitioner What is Kinergetics? Kinergetics is a simple, effective, and non-invasive method of releasing pain and stress and locating and correcting some of the emotional and metaphysical causes of disease. Kinergetics uses muscle biofeedback to identify areas of stress, imbalance, or dysfunction of the body's energy systems, in order to clear imbalances at a deep level and bring about lasting change to our energetic and physical being. Kinergetics uses a unique system for " collecting " all of the physical and emotional information from the body in relation to a specific stressor or challenge so that multiple points or aspects related to an issue can be addressed. For more information on Kinergetics, FAQ, research, testimonials and free downloads, visit www.kinergetics.com.au. In this informal talk, Tawni will talk about what Kinergetics, what it can address, what kinds of techniques are taught in the courses and answer any questions about Kinergetics. Kinergetics can be learned by anyone, no prior qualifications are required. For example, in Unit 1, you will learn the fundamental Kinergetics correction technique - the “fast fix”, how to use biofeedback to monitor muscles for changes, how to collect information about the energy imbalances of the client/yourself , balances for stress and pain release, electrolytes, TMJ, food sensitivities, brain integration, and hydration.
