HI Joy

I was given a small plastic bowl in hospital to wash my nebuliser in as that is what they all do there. As i was in the CF ward, I followed their example as I figured they knew what they were doing.

In the morning, I have my pump on the bedside table next to my bed. The hypertonic saline etc is with the clean nebuliser which I washed the night before & left to dry in a low sided plastic container on paper towelling. The paper towelling is kept in my walk in robe. I place a couple of sheets of paper towelling on top & usually the saline etc on top. This is left on the bedside table over night. As soon as I wake up I do my nebs & watch TV in bed- keeping a close eye on the time. When finished, I leave the nebuliser in a bowl with detergent - kept in the vanity in my ensuite. After breakfast, I wash & rinse the nebuliser & Flutter & leave to dry on paper towelling in the flatish plastic container & leave in the bedroom out of the way & sight. I cover them with a couple of sheets of paper

towelling so dust won't fall on them. I put the pump away in a small cupboard in my dressing table. It doesn't take long to do all this. I don't allow myself a lot of time in the morning. It is usually onlly 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours between waking up & leaving for school. I keep everything I need close by so it can all be done, washed & put away in the shortest possible time. Spare, clean nebulisers are kept in a plastic container in the top drawer of one of the bedside tables & the massager is in the bottom drawer. I keep most of my equipment in the same area so I don't have to get up or move around too much as this all takes time.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean but I hope it helps.

Keep well everyone. Theresa
