The cheapest thing that I have heard of is apple cider vinegar. Give it a Google and see what you learn. I didn't use it long enough to comment about it.

MMS in the cheapest, most cost effective thing l have used so far. I got rid of staph aureus, its horrid symptoms in just 10 days. 21 days on abx couldn't kill it, it kept coming back and back. The nasal irrigation procedure helped a lot too. Sinus infections do cause biofilm too, well, now l can breathe better than ever. MMS has sooo many uses, l wouldn't leave it behind. Thank you! Yay Isa, Heidi! I feel a little better too after trying charcoal last night to mop up ammonia and whatever after nixing the very expensive BH4 reorder. I would like to take my existing bottle and keep diluting it with purified water and brandy to keep it going, even with the potentized effect. What do you think? Also, how could I titrate up with MMS to avoid herxing? ...And have had chronic sinus siutation for a very long time.BTW, I found a website created by Dr. Schaller created that seems to be trying to trash and undermine the work of Ritchie Shoemaker: Very disappointing that others' ego plays into our healing journey so heavily. Has anyone had Medicare cover the Shoemaker tests and found a phone number for him?

Hello KariMMS is the acronym for Miracle Mineral Solution from Chem Ph D Jim Humble. I don't know where to buy it in the US, l am in mexico city. You can learn a lot about it reading Jim's most recent e-book: "master mineral solution of the 3rd millenium". I am aware there is a lot of antagonism about its use, the FDA saying it is not safe, bla bla bla, etc. But what l am seeing on myself and in other members of my family and friends is only encouraging, good stuff. I have observed the clue to be successful w this element is going SLOW on the ramp up phase, even if u r tolerating it well, and go to he previously well tolerated low dose if u start feeling ill on it. The reason to feel ill is that its killing more pathogens than te body can handle disposing of. The day l did the nasal cleansing protocol (netti pot) l was amazed at all the air l could actually breathe in and it has only gotten better since that day. I am on a full dose according to my weight and plan to stay here for 2 more weeks. I read the warning that you linked to and do not disagree with the side effects, but have had those same die off symptoms on many other protocols like ivermectin and also with ldm100 to be sure. I cannot drink this stuff. Has anyone encapsulated or used it transdermally?

I know how you feel. I took it for about 6 months about 3 years ago and felt best energy I had felt for a long time....I did decide to stop and not take it long term because of the controversy....also hoped it had done it's work.I would consider it again but would have to do more research. Rita???

I do remember there was controversy regarding the iodine receptor sites in the thyroid......I did try to rotate some kelp in.

Today I may try to paint or nebulize some iodine??

I know how you feel. I took it for about 6 months about 3 years ago and felt best energy I had felt for a long time....I did decide to stop and not take it long term because of the controversy....also hoped it had done it's work.I would consider it again but would have to do more research. Rita???

I actually watched that guy in an interview on the bleach stuff the designer....and I have to say he is sketchy and really jumped AROUND the issue instead of addressing it and his chemistry knowledge really lacked....I personally would run from that product after watching the interview

I am mainly involved in another Lyme and rife/group since I use a coil machine. That group has had a lot of talk about MMS lately. BTW: the FDA article posted below is a complete distortion of the truth of MMS. Jim Humble, the man who discovered its healing properties, addressed each lie in this article a while back. MMS does NOT turn into bleach, nor does it mix to even a fraction of the strength the article mentions. The FDA is lying about MMS just as much as it lies about everything else. There agenda is simple: Push Pharma. The worst reaction anyone has had from proper dosing of MMS has been an upset stomach and diarrhea.The moderator of the Lyme/rife group just wrote a wonderful article on MMS. I'll see if he wouldn't mind me posting it.MMS claims to cure just about everything - with the exception of Lyme. Just tells you how nasty this bug is. That being said, many Lymies (myself included) are using MMS along with other methods and are achieving good results. I do not believe it is a stand alone therapy.Best regards to all of you!
