The website says it costs about $70 for 30 grams. Other people are noticing the improvements on him too, plus we don't pay expensive fees in doctors so that gives us the opportunity to spend on his supplements and good nutrition. I think Lutimax is working on him because he has been taking Enzoprofessional for 3 months now and that has helped him to improve blood circulation, decrease inflamation, strenght his immune system and improve his gross and fine motor skill so with the introduction of Lutimax things just better for him. They took forever to send the Lutimax I ordered, when I called them up they lied to me and said that I had not ordered the product from them but from another company called Life Extensions!!!. I am disgusted with the way they do business and would never order from them again. Be careful. Guest guest Posted May 21, 2011 Report Share Posted May 21, 2011 There are two companies that start with Life Extension. One is Life Extension Vitamins, which carries Lutimax; and the other is Life Extension Foundation, which does not carry Lutimax. If you ordered Lutimax, and called Life Extension Foundation, they would have been correct in telling you that you ordered from Life Extension Vitamins, since the Foundation does not carry Lutimax. I have had no problems in dealing with Life Extension Foundation, and will continue to do business with them. However, I am hesitant to do any business with Life Extension Vitamins given the reports that have been expressed on this site. Just do not get the two similar sounding businesses confused. One is a good business, the other is not a good business. Life Extension Foundation website is www.lef.org Check it out for yourself. Search for Lutimax, and it will tell you that it cannot be found. The people running this company are abusive, offensive, thieves that like to take money away from customers and then they treat you like if you are the guilty party, they make you feel guilty and put you down. They just gave me a hard time about tracking my order and were rude and uncooperative. This was the first time I ever had a bad experience when ordering a supplement. I started my son on Lutimax only 2 weeks ago and since then he is having hard time going to bed in the evening. I am wondering if this is because of the Lutimax, have you noticed anything similar with your kids in the beginning? For instance my son used to go to bed around 8 - 8:30pm and fall asleep immediately. Now lately he falls asleep around 11pm and simply around 8-8:30pm he is still very awake and full with energy. We haven't seen any positives yet from the Lutimax, I am hoping to see also something with language as my son is still non-verbal. The first improvements we saw were about 4 hours after the first dose: he made eye contact with and spoke to a cousin for the first time. However, that dose (1/4 t) seemed to increase seizures, so he is now on 1/8 t, and only 3x/day. The improvements are somewhat less on the lower dose, but have been pretty consistent - more language, plays with his sister (ignored her before), happier. Still not responding to his name or following directions. We'll be increasing the dose again tomorrow, since the seizures have gone back down and even decreased from where they were before we started. I am remembering that seizures can be autoimmune, too. It would be great if, over time, the seizures would go away with this. That really helps with sleep. I also give the Lutimax only in the morning - first dose 1/4 teaspoon upon waking up before food (he was only on this dose for the first one week) and second and last dose around 11:30am before lunch. I don't give anything later because I didn't want to effect his sleep in the evening. Now reading your posts that most people give also a 3rd dose in the afternoon and still your kids have good sleep makes me think that my son's problem with going to bed is not related with Lutimax. He tested very good with the ART testing for Lutimax, but I haven't seen any of the gains that everybody here is reporting, so I am puzzled as usual. We paid $130 a few years ago and didn't use it for a while because my son was not interested but now we are making the most of it. We are also using less expensive ones (bought here in books shops) but still very good : My first Reading and spelling words by Eureka Multimedia and distibuted by Nodtronics (only $9.95) and can be bought from AussieKidsSoftware.com.au for very good low cost. They also have other software that could be very useful. We also have Clicker 5. This program helps my son to make sentences and also learnt about science, math, literacy and lots more. For Math we bought A Computer Classroom at home by EDALIVE and got it from AussieKidsSoftware. But you can have a look in USA(we are in Australia ) for Educational software for kids for special needs. Also your local library is a good place to look for Educational software as they have very good valuable resources. We normally borrow them for a month to give our software a break and expose him to something new. We use different CD roms to expose him to a variety of ways of teaching and learning and he is enjoying it. My son is learning a lot from all the computer software we have been using lately as his brain seems to be now more ready to absorb what he is tought.
