Met my dietician for the first time, she was impressed by my

involvement so far that I had put forth on my own diet plan. She

felt my carbs were too low, and since I want to lower my cholesterol

she recommended I go from:

1500 cals, 40% carbs, 30% prot., 30% fat to...

1800 cals, 55% carbs, 25% prot., 20% fat.

It's like a carbo smorgasbord! 75 carbs per meal?!?!? Is anyone

else doing this and how has it effected your BS levels.
