Hi,We changed to the Primal Diet just over 3 wks ago and have had big changes in the kids.ASD son (aged 14) can now cope with almost any food I give him, is alert, sleeps well, head shaking and dribbling under control. Super attentive at school, feedback with terms such as "excellent day" are replacing comments like "whingey", "teary" etc.... Only thing he seems to need outside of the diet guidelines is gold coin grass to keep the kidneys detoxing all those oxalates/salicylate s/phenols. Am still using zinc and magnesium supps.NT dd has dumped 3 huge episodes of parasites (worms), first lot within 24hrs, next 48hrs after, now again 3 wks later, child sleeping very well, anxiety/depressive state going going gone, spirits lifting each day. No antiparasitic herbs being used, just recommended foods, one of which seems to be useful is lots of raw onion.Me - feeling 100,000% better, sleeping well, no more sleepwalking/

sleeptalking (LOL). There is now a calmness in the house as we no longer have ASD son so troubled from his gut. Much more energetic, which I have to be anyway as this diet involves plucking meat off bones, marinating it, having the kitchen/fridge super organised. But well worth it.Wondering if anyone has tried this with their family, or links to finding those who are using it for ASD. Have found a few general yahoo groups but none specifically like we ASD families who never give up.Thanksna
