Guest guest
i thought mucinex is an oral medicine - to help clear lungs, but usually not strong enough once bronch has really set in. I think Pam was referring to Mucomyst. ??? which isn't available in Aus anymore, joy
Guest guest
Yes indeed Joy, Mucinex is OTC extended release bi-layer oral tablet that dilutes the mucous . My bronch has certainly set in after 30 years and a lung lobe removal, it certainly works for me. Mucinex DM also works well as a nightime cough suppresant but also continues to dilute the mucous.Different horses for different courses. Different things work for different people, but speak as I find Mucinex is a great help in clearing .
