Guest guest
Hi Vince, Thank you so much for response. I don't want to repeat everything I just wrote in reference to 's post, but I'm kind of at the end of my rope and I don't know how long I can wait before doing a flush. I was trying to do it slowly and easily (but quite possibly just doing way too much at one time as both you and mentioned). But I've just kept going downhill. A flush will put more toxins into your system than are already there, and they'll be there for the amount of time it takes for your system to process them out. You may not want to feel worse than you do now for any length of time. I totally agree with this but my big question is....... as long as the liver and gall bladder are still clogged, how am I ever supposed to get rid of the toxins? I would think that my system would process the toxins more quickly and efficiently AFTER doing a flush than before (no matter how slowly I attempt to cleanse). Granted, this is all just speculation and supposition based on other people's experiences seeing as though I've never done a flush. I guess I have no real QUESTION here. (laugh) Just kind of thinking out loud. I know there are no right and wrong answers to any of this. Thank you for your reply. Sincerely,
Guest guest
Dear , Try eating lots of celery or, even better, get celery seed tablets from the health food store. This really is one of the best ways to flush toxins from your body. Keep taking celery until you're feeling a bit better and then try the flush. Good luck, Bye from Jane
Guest guest
, Have you been to a doctor. It sounds like maybe you are self diagnosing your problems. Maybe you should go to a traditional doctor for a diagnosis and then if you want to treat your problem on your own do that.
