Guest guest
I just received my results for my GFR Estimated and it came back low at 86. From what i'm reading a normal value for some one of my age, 28, should be somewhere around 115. 86 puts me in the range of someone between the age of 60-69 y.o. I also read that a value of 86 suggests beginning stages of Kidney Disease. Is this something that can easily be improved or is this a value that is really stubborn and suggests i've done some real damage to my kidneys. I have a phone consult with my doc in a week but till then any thoughts you all might have are appreciated. Thane
