Guest guest
Greetings once again from Brooklyn, NY. Am I the only bronch person to be on the rotating regimen of Levaquin, Septra and Azithromycin? I can only say that it seems to be working for me, anyway. This is what the Mayo recommended, so it might work for you, too. I asked my lung guy (sorry, pulmonologist) about using the nebulizer. I already had one, but he went ahead and ordered another one for me. (I guess I'm just a girl who cain't say no...) It's smaller and I think will be more comfortable and easier to use. Meanwhile, I am having to wait for the neb meds to arrive. One of them is Performist and the other is Pulmicort [sp?], and they are to be used together. I remember my post-pneumonia days when I was on Acetylcysteine. Do any of these names ring a bell with anyone else, and if so, how did they work for you? The one thing I remember about using the nebulizer is that it promotes a feeling of calmness and serenity. For you, too? Stay as well as you can. Love, D.
