I know other people give the calcium citrate and you can also use magnesium citrate 20 minutes before the meal but my daughter eats lots of little meals all day. My daughter did not like the coconut flour. I'm not sure if the calcium holds it's properties. I will try to call kirkman labs next week and ask that question since that is where I had heard of it. I'll let you know. Maybe you could ask your DAN when you talk to him. Re: Bread Flour Suggestions Fransel,I just googled "coconut flour recipes." There is a muffin recipe out there that is yummy.I have to confess, we decided to try the SBP diet (low manganese) and now we're not eating coconut anymore! I'm so disappointed because it was sooo good!Bethany> > >> >> > >> > Hi, my son has some thin vertical streaks across the top of his > > >> back. They are dark red/purple.
