We used moleskin for 's DOCband (Cranial Tech changed it for

her every week to keep it clean), and it was wonderful! The redness

never reappeared in that area (in front of her right ear). If you

are going to get the moleskin yourself, fyi, the kind we used was

like a sticker - you could cut it to size and it had a piece of

backing that peeled off to stick to the foam (hope I explained that

ok) Try to hang in there - it sounds like you are having a VERY

rough time!
