Hello, I have a 5mm Chiari Malformation. CINE shows cerebrospinal fluid moving

through spinal column. It's the only way to know if patients that have the

malformation are truly symptomatic. I don't know that it would be any help in

diagnosing TCS. I have heard that urodynamics can help to confirm a TCS

diagnosis that is not conclusive on the MRI. Hope this helps.

helpful for Chairi? Also, told that 1.5T MRI was better for spine because of

the movement, is this true or do you really need a 3T scan for clearer pictures?
