Guest guest
Hello, I have a 5mm Chiari Malformation. CINE shows cerebrospinal fluid moving through spinal column. It's the only way to know if patients that have the malformation are truly symptomatic. I don't know that it would be any help in diagnosing TCS. I have heard that urodynamics can help to confirm a TCS diagnosis that is not conclusive on the MRI. Hope this helps. > > Are CINE views of LS helpful for diagnosing TC, I was told CINE was only helpful for Chairi? Also, told that 1.5T MRI was better for spine because of the movement, is this true or do you really need a 3T scan for clearer pictures? >
