thanks, Joy, you've given me lots of ammo to work with. Trial and error and my dr is going along with it.

hi ,

I had sunburn rashes VERY painful when on Ciproflaxin 3-4 x every year for circa 5-6 years. the rash stopped when I stopped the oral abx. Nothing worked.

Still do have some rashes and Celastane (cortisone) has been the only one so far that has worked & sometimes use neem oil; for sores (with infx mostly) a bit of colloidal silver helps.

Vinegar - any will do but I keep a stock of white on hand always for cleaning neb; is good straight if been in the garden - depends on your tolerance, will sting a minute, but no more itching works for me! Diluted cider vinegar is good as skin/hair rinse after showering, also as drink first thing.

If the rash is fungal anything antibacterial eg alcohol-based, even vinegar [i think] will make it worse. I used to use aloe vera and tea tree oil but they're too strong now. Always having to change the game plan! makes life interesting lol ?

At the moment I have some contact dermatitis from sports strapping, and use tiger balm to ease the aggravation - stings like hell for 2-3 mins, then 2-3 hours peace... Also works for sandfly, mosquito, leech bites etc (or whatever bities in your neck of the woods!).

cheers
