Guest guest
The flavoring in the water is lighter (and natural) and usually from one type of fruit. Tea is many herbs and sometimes fruits to flavor it. Kool-Aid has lotsa sugar in it and artifical flavor and color. I was advised that drinking water or Gatorade (which has electrolytes in it) is really the best way for your body to absorb the fluids to its full advantage <sorry>. Also, tap water almost everywhere has chlorine in it, which is really bad for your body; thus, filtered water is better. I used to hate drinking water when I was younger, too. But I married a man whose father owned an international water filtration company, and hubby worked for/with his father, so drinking water kind of came with the ring on my hand ... LMAO. I guess I got hooked after that. But it's got to be REAL cold for me to enjoy it! Good luck! XOXO
Guest guest
The problem with that theroy is that you are still adding stuff to that water and the docs don't want you doing that. They want us drinking PLAIN water (with only a LITTLE flavoring IF we MUST). Coffee is bad for people as is sugar and some of the herbs used in some teas.... And they don't like that. Guest guest
Doesn't the flavored water have some sort of artifical sweetener though like Aspartame or Splenda? hugs, Sundra The flavoring in the water is lighter (and natural) and usually from one type of fruit.
