The Perfect are 25mg per pill, so they're a nice maintenance size for proximal or someone whose iron is just a teensy bit low. I went to your website to order iron and yu state there that iron should only be taken if you are distal and also anemic. I believe I am distal, will find out but I am not anemic. So, yes, I think all proximals need AT LEAST 50mg a day. NOT ferrous SULFATE.
