Guest guest
I am working hard, as I know you guys are, to teach how to protect herself but at the same time I am don't want to think that she can't do things. Know her limits but not use EDS as an excuse. I am still trying to determine when things hurt on her and when they don't. We were at my parents' house this weekend and my mother and were horsing around on the couch. was jumping on my mother and being goofy. We all heard a very loud POP noise and I asked if that was her. It was her shoulder. But she hopped off the couch while wiggling her arm and told us, sometimes it makes a noise like that and I just wiggle it around some and then get used to how it feels. Is this something that should concern me more? Could she really be hurting herself without having pain? I have it on the list to talk to the geneticist about this fall - he wants her to come back every year so she can ask questions. He suggested that she may be less affected than I as her dad is so big and strong but now I am not so sure. Any ideas? Joy
