Guest guest
-where is the Flower Barn located? Bob and I are heading up your way on business next week and I want to check it out to see your stuff! Deb > >
Guest guest
Deb I can give you directions and you can go see it but my stuff won't be there until the end of the month now. I went to see them yesterday to see if they were ready for my products and now they've changed it to the end of the month. They said that's when it will start getting busy because people start shopping for mums and other fall items. I was a little p.o.'d because I busted my hump this week doing all those bath salts but I was also glad because I wasn't done with the labeling. That's what I worked on today. LABELS!!! Then he asked me if he had told me he was going to BUY my products or do consignment? I was a little set back by that one but came right out and said "you said you were buying them." Lesson learned here......get it in writing. I do have a piece of paper that the girl in the shop wrote down what she wanted and the date of around 8/15/01 but next time I think I'll take that a little further with MORE details. AND if this is how he is going to do business in the future (wishy washy) then I won't deal with them. See, I knew him (the owner) because he used to work where I did so we're on a first name basis. But I won't be taken for granted either. Anyhow, if you still want to know how to get there, it's pretty easy. Do you know where Barringer Road is? It's probably about 3.5 miles up that road from Main Street in Ilion. In fact if you DO go in there, ask the girl where my products are because you heard they were going to be there and you wanted to buy some. That should fix their goat!! Let them think they missed a sale. (hehe) M Re: M. -where is the Flower Barn located? Guest guest
Hi & welcome to our group: Good luck at your son's fitting tomorrow! How exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time. I'm sure he'll adjust just fine to his new "hat". Just remember, that babies tend to sweat a lot during the first several days in their new band. After their body temp. adjusts to this new thing on top their head, the sweat should significantly decrease. We have many many STARband parents in our group who I'm sure will chime in w/their experiences. As long as your orthotist is experienced in plagio w/the STARband, then you should be in good hands Where abouts are you located? Please let us know how tomorrow goes, again, good luck. Debbie Abby's mom DOCGrad MImgmomma <hmorden@...> wrote: Hi Cara,Our Ortho told us that sometimes will happen and to expect it. My son, 7 months old, was casted for the StarBand about 3 weeks ago, and we go tomorrow to get the helmet. At our casting is when he told us to expect the bulging above the ears... he said they really weren't sure what causes it, but it happens a lot, and goes away after the completion of treatment. Have you been happy with the Starband? Has your daughter had any sores? Any advice would be appreciated... I know a lot of members use the Doc band, but I'd love to hear from a person with experience with the Starband. Congrats on the upcoming graduation!!! Can't wait to be at that point... also, what was your daughter considered... mild, moderate, etc?? My son was said to be mild... I think moderate. I am impressed with the quick results you have experienced... again, any tips would be appreciated!! Thanks, Morden

Guest guest
My reaction contiunues to be unpredictable. I took shot # 15 last night and feel pretty smashed down today. We just came home from a 2 day trip with a motel layover, tho and I was pretty tired, so maybe that's why. Be glad when I get to week 48, tho. hee hee RE: M. Guest guest
Yeah, rest and cuddling is in my forecast. I would never have thought of myself as active and certainly NOT hyper, but I have a good deal of trouble not doing anything, most days. Of course, there are some when I really don't want to move, but there are getting fewer as treatment progresses. Thanks, Sharon RE: M. Guest guest
Hi Jeni! The fabric sounds cute! When are you coming to Ohio? Do you want to just wait and bring it with you then? Milinovich, SMA Type I Wife to , Mommy to - 14 Weeks Old! M. Hey! I hope you don't mind me sending this on-chat ;0) I went ahead yesterday and got the material for your sling. I am making another one for my sister-in-law and I figured out that I could save money by buying the same fabrics for both slings. The outer fabric is a basic dark denim and the lining fabric is a really soft baby flannel. It's white w/ little blue and pink flowers. I didn't want to get anything that screamed " newborn " because these slings can be used with toddlers even. I hope those choices are ok! I also placed the order for the pink aluminum (each ring can hold at least 1000lbs!) sling-rings. Those should be here in a few days. Once I get them I'll need a day or two and then I'll ship your sling out as soon as is humanly possible ;0) If you have any questions or want to chat about it you can e-mail me or give me a call (336)624-4457. Hugs to all! Jeni
Guest guest
I'm not sure exactly ;0( We're going to *try* for this month, but Suzanne has to have surgery on her leg at the end of the month. I'm glad it sounds cute to you. I hated to make that decision without talking to you first, but it literally cut the price for the fabrics in half and that is ALWAYS a good thing;0) Even if we are coming this month, I'd almost rather ship it out as soon as it's ready. I want you and to have it as soon as possible! Love and Hugs Jeni M. Hey! I hope you don't mind me sending this on-chat ;0) I went ahead yesterday and got the material for your sling.
