Guest guest
Tara, when I switched from the STARBand to the DOCBand, my insurance covered the cost of the DOCband 100%. The reason I ended up going with the DOCBand is because of the inexperience of the ortho and Orthomerica (notice I spelled it correctly for the first time.) If the treatment that is receiving can be proven, to be not working properly then that might be a good defense with the insurance co. I would probably start by calling your ins. co and ask them what the protocol is for changing devices in an instance like yours. You may have to call the dr. that wrote the rx to get more info and a consult with CT would certainly not hurt your cause. CT will tell you the truth on whether would benefit from their product or if leaving him in his current device would be best. Did that help or put you on information overload? lol Dustie, full of knowledge today!!! DH look out when I get home!!!! > > I don't know about the insurance issue. Mine didn't pay a dime. I'm sure and Dustie will chime in. > > is so adorable! >
