Well, I definitely want to try it. The only place I generally "have" to go is therapy and sometimes doctors appointments. Other than that I stay pretty much at home. It is comforting to know that I won't get the crampiness and gas that accompany some of the products. IBS is already a problem and I don't want to make that worse. I have written it down and will probably get some after the holidays pass and give it a try. Thank you for the information.

Is a colon cleanse a good thing to do if you have IBS? I would think it would irritate the bowels.
