Guest guest
Hi, I'm thinking of trying OLE & Custom Probiotics (D Lactate free) at the same time for my 13yo son. I'm going to proceed slowly with both, as I want to avoid any seizures. He doesn't normally have them, but has when we've gone after parasites aggressively. Unfortunately, all his symptoms point towards strep & parasites…. My question is regarding timing. During the week, time is limited to about 45 min. in the morning. Would you suggest giving the probiotics first thing on an empty stomach, wait 20 minutes before breakfast, then give OLE after? Is that enough time? Sleep is a real luxury for us, but if we have to, we can all wake up earlier Weekends are not a problem. Thanks for your help, Rose
Guest guest
They should be separated by at least two hours. Just give one in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. Guest guest
Rose, I always give probiotics a couple of hours after dinner, trying to do it just before bedtime. That way they are in an empty stomach for the longest possible time. Then in the morning, before school I do the GS, OLE, antibiotics etc. I sometimes dose it again after school as well if needed. That way the interval is wide enough between the two. On other lists, the rule of thumb has been 4 hours between the anti and the pros.
