I have broken both of my wrists. One from roller skating and the other one was due to a car accident. I know I have sprained my ankles more than I can imagine. I really do not know how to answer your last question, but I will say this much. I am always cold even when others are hot and it does not matter how much clothes I put on either and then there are times that I am hot when others are cold.
